This slow-cooker beef stew is rich, comforting, and incredibly easy to make. The meat turns melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the gravy is perfect for soaking up with a crusty loaf of bread or a scoop of buttery mashed potatoes. To balance the richness, serve it with a simple green salad or steamed green beans. If you’re in the mood to indulge, a glass of red wine pairs beautifully with the deep, savory flavors.
