Add Raw Cubed Beef to a Slow Cooker with These 3 Ingredients — The Flavor Is Unreal

This slow-cooker beef stew is rich, comforting, and incredibly easy to make. The meat turns melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the gravy is perfect for soaking up with a crusty loaf of bread or a scoop of buttery mashed potatoes. To balance the richness, serve it with a simple green salad or steamed green beans. If you’re in the mood to indulge, a glass of red wine pairs beautifully with the deep, savory flavors.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) onion soup mix
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth

Directions

  1. Place the cubed beef evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the meat.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup and pour in the beef broth.
  4. Stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
  6. Stir once more before serving and enjoy.
