Slow Cooker 5-Ingredient Bananas Foster Pudding

This warm and comforting Bananas Foster–inspired pudding is rich, sweet, and incredibly simple to make with just five ingredients. Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. For added texture, sprinkle on some toasted pecans or walnuts. It also pairs beautifully with a hot cup of coffee or a glass of cold milk — making it the perfect dessert for cozy nights or casual get-togethers.

🍌 Ingredients (Serves 6)

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Once done, stir gently and serve warm.

Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with butter or cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, toss together the sliced bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon until the bananas are evenly coated.

Pour the banana mixture into the slow cooker and spread it out in an even layer.

Cover and cook on low heat for 2–3 hours, or until the bananas are tender and the sauce is thick and syrupy.
