Disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly transported to a hospital late last week under the cover of darkness while awaiting trial for serious criminal charges.

The embattled rapper, currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, was taken to a nearby medical facility for an MRI scan after complaining about knee pain. This latest development comes as federal prosecutors expand their case against him, revealing even more disturbing allegations.

According to a law enforcement source speaking to the New York Post, Combs was taken to the Brooklyn Hospital Center around 10 p.m. on Thursday.

Authorities reportedly scheduled the late-night transfer in an effort to avoid drawing attention from both prison staff and fellow inmates.
