Missing 4-Year-Old Found Dead Inside Toy Chest

In a heartbreaking incident that has sent shockwaves through Hurricane, Utah, authorities have confirmed the tragic death of 4-year-old Kache Wallis.

The young boy, who mysteriously disappeared from his home after being put to bed the previous night, was discovered lifeless inside a small toy chest in his bedroom.

Following an extensive investigation by the Utah Medical Examiner’s Office, the official cause of death has been attributed to “positional asphyxiation.”Read More Below
