Kelly Ripa Talks Honestly About Her Issues

The adored “Live with Kelly and Mark” presenter, Kelly Ripa, recently revealed a very intimate detail regarding her choice to begin therapy at the age of forty.

In an open and emotional conversation on her podcast, “Let’s Talk Off Camera,” Ripa revealed that her path into therapy was initiated by an apparently innocuous interaction with a friend at a bar mitzvah.

When a friend inquired about  Ripa’s well-being and she started crying uncontrollably, it was the impetus behind her seeking professional assistance.

Ripa chuckled when she reflected on the event, saying, “I started sobbing, and I wasn’t entirely sure why.” Her friend saw that she needed help and quickly suggested seeing a therapist
